I have forwarded my new business email account to my other yahoo account and I cannot get any messages anywhere. Not forwarded - Not any in the inbox when I sign in directly for the account. I have a domain through yahoo and I want to recieve email from prospective clients. I have not recieved the 5 test emails I have sent.

Yahoo is most likely blocking your old email account. Not just the account but the whole email server from sending yahoo accounts email. They are doing this for spam reasons. Your past host can contact Yahoo and try and get the server authenticated but there will be no luck.
We are hosting company that has been trying to get our server authenticated with yahoo for 3 months with no luck. We also have business clients that need to send yahoo users their important emails and can not because they think we are spam server. When you contact yahoo all you get is an auto response saying they are looking into the problem.
I remember when yahoo was a small company that I helped build but today they are by far the worst search engine. I wish they would sell out to Microsoft and let them manage yahoo better.
