I cannot communicate with my kids or any of my friends. I can send emails, but I cannot receive any...not since about January 6. What could be happening? What do I do?

Check to see if they've been sent to your spam folder. Sometimes this happens when you're constantly getting email for the same email address (especially notifications of any kind, Youtube, Facebook, etc.) that isn't in your contacts file. If they have gone to the spam section mark "Not Spam" and it should send it to your inbox. If this continues you will have to go to your options and manually set it so that their not going to your spam folder.
