How can I tell if a business email address is real or fake?

The email address is supose to be a lawyer's,but I don't know if it is real or fake.
How can I tell if a business email address is real or fake?
do a whois at www.netsol.com on the domain the email has, and check to see if the business that the email claims to be from is the same that owns the domain





You can also usualy go to that domain and get contact info - call and ask to verify the person works there
Reply:One way would be to see if the business had and old fashion street address and phone number. Then you could also check the better business bureau.
Reply:If they're using a free e-mail address, it's likely a scam!!
