Business email address?
If you've definitely made up your mind to go with a free website, make sure you don't use one that has ads, that is the kiss of death for a legitimate business that wants to be taken seriously. I can only think of one that offers a decent packages with no advertising, and that's http://xthost.info/. You get about 30MB webspace and FTP access, but no email.
When you buy your domain name with GoDaddy, you get a free basic email account.
I would highly suggest you go with a paid hosting service though, you get far more features, tech support, guaranteed 99% uptime,etc. You can't complain about much when you're not paying for the service. :) I know you want to save money when you're just starting out, but dont' skimp on the important things!
