I have business email in yahoo I got so much spam mails so yahoo staff send me mail that they should close ac?

I got attachments but i cant open so please if i will lose email i will lose a lot guide me to check on line my computer.

Yahoo does not send these kind of mails. And also they do not close ur account because of spams. That mail also a spam.


But, there may be virus [worm] with those kind of mails.





SO, DO NOT OPEN ANY ATTACHMENT. there should be a viruses.

Reply:If you're getting an unsual amount of spam in your Inbox and the SpamGuard filters are enabled, there are two things to check:





1. Verify that you do not have any filters routing messages to the Inbox folder. If you're not sure, go to the "Options" link and disable all the mail filters.





2. Verify that you are not receiving messages that are auto-forwarded or downloaded via POP into the Yahoo! Mail client. These generally do not get filtered by the SpamGuard filter and will go straight to your Inbox folder. If you're not sure, check the "To:" header from the message. Does this match your Yahoo! Mail address? If not, then it may be getting auto-forwarded to you from another account or downloaded via POP. If you have external mail accounts forwarding to your Yahoo! Mail address, turn that off. If you have external POP accounts configured in the Yahoo! Mail client, keep in mind what I stated above when downloading new messages.
