Why Can't I get my business email, I keep getting error 15 and 16, this has been for 2 days?

Apparently Yahoo is updating all mail accounts, during the past couple of weeks users had problems with their private accounts, now users with business acounts are complaining. Here is what I suggested for private accounts - it helped in many instancies and will hopefully also work in your case:





A possible intermediate solution: log in, when it says "URL can't be found" go back to yahoo without logging out. Then click the mail button on top right. Any new messages should drop down. Right click on a message and select "open in new window".

Go to: http://services.mail2web.com/FreeService... - this is a free, secure and anonymous web based service which lets you retrieve your mail from almost any POP3 or IMAP4 email server, no registration is required.

Why Can't I get my business email, I keep getting error 15 and 16, this has been for 2 days?
I'm having the same problem right now. Did you get your email back eventually? I've been on hold on the phone for over an hour now waiting to get help for this. I'm getting insanely frustrated because this is how I get my orders for my business. Please let me know what happened.
Reply:I am EXTREMELY unhappy with Yahoo! My business email account is down and I can't contact anyone to find out why. I cannot access important business messages which suggests that using Yahoo! for business is an error.
