Why is my business email account that I'm paying for rejecting incoming messages?
Normally it is the spam control settings that stop incoming messages so that your paid account is not spammed with junk mails. Please check 2 things: -

1. If you have a spam filter control (normally in the settings/ preferences area), make sure the spam filter is not set to high.

2. If it is a specific address you are not getting mails from, please contact your mail accound handler (the web host company who is controlling supplywerks mail server) and check if they have enlisted that specific address in their spam list. If so, they need to clear it from their list so that you can receive mails from that address.

3. If you are unable to get any incoming mails, please make sure you are setting up the pop (post office protocol) and smtp (send mail transfer protocol) setting correctly as are told by your mail server management.
Reply:do you have the servers set up right?

if you are using outlook,

incoming:

pop3.supplywerks.com

outgoing:

smtp.supplywerks.com

I think that should work.
