you need to do the following :





1) Buy the domain yourbusiness .com


2) Get a mail server ( A pc with internet and a SMTP service running )


3) Change your domain names MX records to point to your mail server IP.





So when peopel send mail to your somain their mail client will check your domains MX records then connect to that IP and send the mail down to your server via SMTP ( port 25 ) your SMTP server would then recieve the mail and put in folders for you..





Do a search for mail server software of google.
