While this may vary from network to network, this is how you do it for a Verizon account.
1. Log in to the blackberry internet service. You can either use the "E-mail settings" icon on your blackberry or login to the webpage for your provider. Use the link below to find your provider's page:

Once you have logged in (or created an account and then logged in), click on email accounts.
Go to "add an email account"
Enter your email address and password information.
Click on "next". You should receive a confirmation message that the account has been configured correctly.
