Why can't I open my email. Its a serious problem and causing me business loss?

Recently when I want to access my email my computer says "cannot find server" Why after many years of satisfactory service from Yahoo is this problem occurring. Its extremely annoying.

Yahoo is currently updating Mail classic accounts, it just hasn't hit all users yet. During the updates problems may occur. To read about the changes go to this link: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/cl...





A possible intermediate solution: log in, when it says "URL can't be found" go back to yahoo without logging out. Then click the mail button on top right. Any new messages should drop down. Right click on a message and select "open in new window".

Reply:could it be somthing ur firwall on ur security system has band or maybe it could be a virus that has corrupted ur files i seriously would consider reinstalling ur yahoo again if this problem persists u can try rebooting ur modem maby the problem is there i hope this helps xx
Reply:Yahoo has been doing some maintence and updating on the classic mail lately, causing the server to go on and offline at times. Many others with the same issue. Doesn't last very long. Keep trying. The classic mail is changing.
