This link is generally the best for contacting Yahoo regarding another account that either isn't yours or from a new one that you have set up in order to retrieve a forgotten one.
(I've found it best to contact them through this for anything...)
Be as specific as possible when contacting the help team - the more info you give, the better they can help you.
If it's for work, though, it may be less effort, time and work to simply set up a new account and contact clients to explain the situation...
