What e-mail program do you use?
In Microsoft Outlook:
a) Select menu "Tools" then "Options..."
b) Select tab "Mail Format"
c) Click on "Signature Picker"
d) Click "Edit"
e) Type in your signature
f) Press OK, then OK again, then OK again
g) Create a new e-mail. Your signature should be at the bottom.
