also happens with gmail going into yahoo bulk/spam. i think its done on purpose cause they compete with each other. other then that i have no answer.

Reply:there are two things you can do. One is to click on options on the top right of your email screen, then click on filters. Make sure that there are no filters in there that might be making your email go to your spam.
Second is open up your spam folder and at the top you should see a button that says "edit settings" right next to spam guard. You can customize these as you please. unfortunately, you may have to actually turn the guard off for it to guarantee that you get your mail...
