How do you... make a Business email address?
whoever is providing you with the company domain name should be able to provide you with email addresses related to it.
Canaca (as per the link) will offer you hosting with an interface to create your own email addresses. VERY useful and easy interface.
Otherwise, you have to get your own Exchange(or Groupwise/Domino) server and set up your own mail service. Not something cheap or for those not technically inclined.
