I am advertising for Global Domain, where as a person can make money, receive a website, and the own domain name: example (http://www.Jonnybrown.ws) all for the price of $10.00 per month to stay onboard. Therefore I need large numbers of email addresses and names.

Reply:Ugh - legit lists are for sale. But PLEASE go to something like spamcop.com so they can steer you to "Opt in" lists.
At least then they are folks who won't hate you for spamming them - that won't help you get going!
Also, contact you chamber of commerce - many sell/rent their member lists.
