How do I email information about my business, with my website and email automatically added at the bottom?

Your email software should be able to add a signature to your emails. You basically type up the signature, and set it up to be added to all outgoing mail. Can't tell you exactly how to do it as it would be different for different software, but you'll find instructions in the help file, I'm sure.
