How long should it take for a business to reply to an email??

I wrote an email to the housing department of a college about a concern on Saturday and now it's Tuesday night and still no reply!!!





How much longer should I wait before I call and complain about their non-response?

Depends on the severity of your complaint. But I'd give 'em two business days for a non-emergency -- call Wednesday!!!
Reply:within 24 hours i personally believe. call them up!
Reply:Usually two days, if no reply, then call and complain.
