I cannot send from sbc to some Yahoo accounts. Also, my buiness email gets returned as undeliveralbe in 4 hours. This is the only ISP to do this. Not sure what to do

Yahoo thinks that sbc is spam. You might want to add that address to your list of addresses to receive so you can receive emails from that address SBC.
